Construction Services

Permitting

We work together with the Owner and Architect, to identify all specific reviews and permits required by utilities and regulatory agencies.

Construction Supervision

Our project superintendent will direct our onsite personnel to implement a formal quality monitoring system.

Project Close-Out

Ranack has a standard procedure for project close-out, but we will customize a procedure based on the project. Our team will take  the lead in compiling all data and expediting the prosecution of this work, providing management   of the warranty process and help ensure the response of subcontractors to meet their warranty  obligations.
